Directions: (1-5): Each question consists of a question two statements numbered I and II given below it. You have to decide whether the data given in the statements are sufficient to answer the question. Read both the statements and choose the most appropriate option. 

Q1. Among five friends A, B, C, D and E, each studying in a different standard, viz 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th and 10th. In which standard does C study? (‘Junior’ in the statements implies a lower standard and ‘senior’ a higher standard.) 
I. B studies in a standard which is an odd number. C is B’s senior but does not study in 10th   standard.
II. Only three students are senior to A. B is senior to A but junior to C.

I. Pawan and Bunty sit opposite each other and Imran sits between Bunty and Dinesh but not second to the left of Pawan.
II. Chandan sits second to the right of Dinesh and Dinesh sits second to the right of Imran.

Q8. How is N related to Q? 
I. P has two children but has only one daughter. Q is son of S.
II. K is daughter of N, who is mother of S and wife of P.

Q9. Among S, T, U, V, W and Z, how many persons are smaller than T? 
I. U is taller than only three persons and smaller than T, who is the tallest.
II. W and Z are smaller than T and taller than S. V is taller than S.

Q10. D is in which direction with respect to S? 
I. P and R are in a straight line and R is to the south of D.
II. S is to the south of P, which is to the north of D.
