SSC JE Exam Date 2024
In the SSC JE 2024 Notification PDF, the tentative exam date has been notified for the Paper 1, and Paper 2. The Computer-Based Examination for Paper I has been scheduled from 05 June 2024 to 07 June 2024. In due course of time, Staff Selection Commission will notify the exam schedule for Paper II. SSC JE Exam Pattern 2024: Paper 2
Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria for SSC JE 2024 Paper 1 will proceed to take SSC JE Paper 2. Candidates who pass SSC JE Tier-1 and Tier-2 examinations are called for Document Verification. Details regarding SSC JE 2024 Paper 2 are outlined below:
- The SSC JE 2024 Paper 2 is a Computer Based Test.
- SSC JE 2024 Paper 2 will have questions only from the technical subject as per the educational qualification of the candidate.
- The SSC JE 2024 Paper 2 will be a total of 300 marks consisting of 100 questions.

SSC JE Salary 2024
The SSC JE post of Group B comes under a non-gazetted post of Level 06. The candidates who are finally selected as Junior Engineer will be entitled to receive a Basic Pay of Rs. 35,400/- and other perks and allowances, which will accumulate to Rs. 68,000/- (approx.) (Gross Pay). Various perks and allowances include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance and many more allowances.
