“Quality is more Important than Quantity”: Utkarsh Rathore (IBPS RRB PO, Kaveri Grameena Bank)

"Just be Honest with Yourself and Never Loose Hope": Prasoon Jha (IBPS Clerk, Bank of Baroda)

I am UTKARSH RATHORE, from Purnea, Bihar, a B.com graduate. I always wanted to be a banker, so my journey for bank exams began immediately after my graduation. Never thought I will write my success story but then somebody said “your failures may inspire someone’ actually I have failed in more than 20 exams (Bank & Insurance). Here is the list…..

The key to my success is that I was always confident that “I can & I will”. After so many failures one day my elder brother (SBI Clerk) told me your result won’t change unless you change your approach (The same approach will give you same result). 3 months before IBPS 2017 exams, I made a plan to improve 0.25 marks daily, one BA mock test daily and its analysis, rest time I will be giving in General awareness (because GA was my weakest section) & things started to change from there…All in all, I want, I want to put it like this, I achieved success in my life because of support from my family, my mentors, of course, ADDA247 team & my friends…I believe that hard work is mandatory but it is futile until you have a winning attitude.
