"The secret of getting ahead is getting started", Says Parth Trivedi

Hello Friends,

I am Parth Trivedi. I am from Bhavnagar, Gujarat. I have done MBA from one of the best colleges of Gujarat before doing job in different companies for four and a half years but I always thought to get a government job.

When I quit handsome paying private bank job before 8 months to prepare for government job, people thought me crazy. I had loads of liabilities. I had a home loan that was 35 times my monthly salary. I had to take care of my family and my son was just about to born, responsibilities were just about to increase.

I had not touched any book from last 54 months, I was starting to prepare at the age when people just settle wherever they are but age was just a number for me. I failed in first four exams by very few margin, BUT BELIEF IN WHAT I WAS DOING DID NOT LET ME QUIT.

I studied for 12+ hours a day for next three months and then things changed. THINGS WERE BOUND TO CHANGE.

I passed:

IBPS CLERK PRELIMS with 87.25/100 marks
AIC AO MAINS
IBPS SO PRE and Mains

And now I have passed BOB SO and have been shortlisted to work as a Specialist Officer in Bank of Baroda.

This could have never been possible without the blessings of every God and Goddess, Bajrangdas Bapa; Prayers of my parents, in laws, sister and jiju; blessings of all the elders; wishes of all near and dear ones; support of my lovely wife who has sacrificed everything in last eight months and of course luck of my son Kahan who is just seven months.

In my journey of eight months, I have not taken coaching anywhere but e-lectures of ADDA247 has helped me a lot to clear the concepts in each topic. In addition to this, I have always referred to all the capsules and daily GK from app. Thank you bankers ADDA247 for providing such a wonderful learning experience.

My humble advice to all the candidates who don’t get selected and leave preparation midway that please don’t give up before getting selected as you have already reached midway.
