The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the EPFO APFC Notification 2026 under Special Advertisement No. 52/2026 for 80 Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) vacancies in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour & Employment. Steps to Apply for EPFO APFC 2026

1. Visit the UPSC Online Recruitment Application (ORA) portal.
2. Complete the Universal Registration Number (URN) registration.
3. Fill in the Common Application Form (CAF) with the required details.
4. Select Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) and complete the post-specific application.
5. Upload the required documents, photograph, live photograph and signature.
6. Pay the applicable ₹25 application fee.

EPFO APFC Selection Process 2026

The UPSC EPFO APFC selection process consists of a Recruitment Test followed by an Interview. The final selection is based on the combined performance of candidates in both stages.

Stage 1: Recruitment Test

The Recruitment Test is an objective-type examination conducted in pen-and-paper mode. It carries a total of 300 marks and is the first stage of the selection process.

The APFC Recruitment Test (scheduled for 20 December 2026) will be a two-hour objective-type examination conducted in both English and Hindi.

Final Selection and Weightage

The final merit list is prepared by giving 75% weightage to the Recruitment Test and 25% weightage to the Interview. Candidates must perform well in both stages to secure a place in the final merit list.

EPFO APFC 2026 Salary

The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) is a Group A, Non-Ministerial post under EPFO. The post falls under Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.

• Pay Level: Level 10

EPFO APFC Gross & In-Hand Salary

The salary varies based on posting location, allowances and applicable deductions.
