Customer Support: Full-Time

(Job Location: Noida Only)

Experience: 6 months to 3 years
General Shift Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
All Sundays and alternate Saturdays are off.

Requirements:

Good in handling the customer queries via call/ mail.
Handle customer support on calls for resolving queries.
Handling Customer Complaints & provide appropriate solutions
Focus on Customer Retention.
