**Q7. In how many days A will complete the work, if B takes 10 more days than A and C takes 4 less days than B to do the same work.**

**(A) Time taken by B & C together is 10/9 less days than that by A alone.**

**(B) A & C together will take less time than the taken by B & C together**

⇒ a = 3, b = 5, c = 7

It is the only case which forms by given statement.

From B → a, b and c are in Arithmetic progression having common difference 2 and they are coprime to each other

This shows that they are odd numbers because they are coprime to each other

But set which can be form is (3,5,7) or (5,7,9) or (9,11,13) e.t.c

Hence, Statement A alone is sufficient to answer the question, but statement B alone is not sufficient to answer the questions.

Let Anurag takes ‘a’ days to complete that work while Chiru can complete it in 2a days

ATQ,

Required difference = 2a - a = 30days

From B → Bhavya and Anurag have same efficiency ⇒ Anurag can complete that work in 30 days less than Chiru to complete same work.

Hence, either statement A or statement B by itself is sufficient to answer the question.

Let Anurag takes ‘a’ days to complete that work while Chiru can complete it in 2a days

ATQ,
