How to Apply: A Step-by-Step Guide

The application process is entirely online. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Step I: Registration

• Visit the official website: cnpnashik.spmcil.com
• Click on the “Career” section and then on “Click Here to Apply” for Advt. No. CNPN/HR/Rect./01/2026
• Register using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number (OTP verification required)

Step II: Personal & Qualification Details

• Fill in all personal information (name, date of birth, gender, category, etc.) exactly as per official records
• Enter educational qualification details carefully, as these cannot be modified after final submission
• Select your preferred examination centers (choose up to 4 from the list of 9 centers)

Step III: Document Upload

Upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format and size (all in JPG/JPEG or PDF)

Note:

• Hand-written Declaration must be in the candidate’s own handwriting in English only (not CAPITAL letters). The exact text: “I, (Name of the Candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
• Signature must be in running hand (not in capital letters)
• Photograph must be recent (not older than 3 weeks), passport-size, with a white background
