Work Hard in Silence,Llet Your Success be Your Noise: Sesetti Mahidharnath (IBPS RRB Clerk)
Although I m selected as a clerk only (missed PO by a little margin in mains) but for me, it was a fight for a govt. job,

it started with
ssc cgl 2016, prelims 95, not clear
ibps po pre, 35 cutoffs 47
rrb clerk pre, 64.25 cutoff 64.75 [ hard luck]
ibps clerk pre, 62.50 cutoff 67.75
ippb prelims marks not disclosed
rbi prelims, 69 cutoff 79
syndicate po pgdbf, 85 cutoff 103.25
sbi po prelims, 50 cutoff 51 [ literally cried]
one thing you should learn is that never forget your failure, no matter what because that frustration gives you motivation for a bigger and better you
Till now, one thing which i was sure about was that my marks were good [not that bad] and this gave me motivation is my hard time so I thought giving one more year for this preparation period
meanwhile I came across with a lot of good quality videos on YouTube channel of adda (by continuously searching hither and thither) by which I made my concepts clear and made notes from them, then after doing most of the ques of free pdfs (available on facebook groups), DAILY QUESTIONS ON ADDA APP and random ques, from different facebook and whatsapp groups day in and day out I was full of confidence and was ready to face this new cycle as well
rrb clerk prelims, 76.5/80 cutoff 56.75
rrp po prelims, 65.5/80 cutoff 50.25
ibps po prelims, 58.5/100 cutoff 42
ibps clerk prelims, 88/100 cutoff 77
rbi assistant, 83.5/100 cutoff 85
now came the main battle, MAINS, for this I trusted adda test series, initially the marks made me not satisfied but then by changing my approach I didn’t go that way, I used to submit the test and do them by myself later on and analyzed it how effectively it can be done , see everyone can solve it but the time constraints make it a TASK then came the mains results which some what made me disappointed
rrb po mains 80/200 cutoff 78 but GA sectional not cleared
ibps po mains 75.5/225 cutoff 82 [ never trust your neighbors ]
rrb clerk mains got 62.82 cutoff 61.25
ibps clerk mains, got 110.31 cutoff 102.26
you might say that just after getting a clerical job i m writing all this long, but believe me my dear friends it is like a battle won for me, its a result of those sleepless nights , those thorough revisions of GA capsules and notes, those GA videos, those long and never ending RC passages, puzzles which took 5-6 possibilities and miscellaneous ques of quants which still make me afraid
its difficult to summarize all those tough grinds, long haul, hard ways, backbreaking work [10-12 hrs] in just a single answer
now some suggestions

FOR QUANTS: start from RS Aggarwal if you are a beginner then just solve quiz from Bankersadda.

REASONING: start from RS Aggarwal if you are a beginner then just solve quiz from Bankersadda.

FOR ENGLISH: I was an active reader on QUORA and daily watched KUSH PANDEY sir’s video CURRENT AFFAIRS OR GA: do banking awareness and CA from adda capsule and solve quizzes
see, its all about practice, patience, and luck ( ex, someone is making puzzle in its very first possibility and someone is doing it till 6th possibility and then messed up ) there is no sure sot way for doing it,but practice is a key to sharpen your brain which help in doing most of the calculations there only )
I will be happy if it helps you in any way 🙂
all I would say IN THE END, IT DOESN’T EVEN MATTER
