Candidates must meet the educational qualifications and age limit mentioned below to be eligible for the Air Traffic Controller Recruitment 2025.

Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the AAI ATC 2025 recruitment, candidates must have the following educational background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics as subjects
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline, with Physics and Mathematics studied in at least one semester

The Air Traffic Controller Recruitment 2025 selection process includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Voice Test, Medical Examination, Psychological and Background Verification, and a Psychoactive Substance Test. The CBT tests Mathematics, Physics, Reasoning, Aptitude, General Awareness, and English with no negative marking. Candidates clearing it undergo a Voice Test for speech clarity. A Medical Examination follows, ensuring fitness per AAI Class III standards. The final selection is based on CBT performance and completion of all tests, ensuring only the best candidates qualify.

AAI ATC Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern

The online exam for the Junior Executive (ATC) post will be held for a total of 120 marks. It will have two parts: Part A and Part B. There will be 120 questions in total and candidates will get 2 hours (120 minutes) to finish the exam. There is no negative marking so no marks will be cut for wrong answers.
