ESPOUSE (Verb) : समर्थन करना
Meaning: adopt or support (a cause, belief, or way of life).
Synonyms: adopt, embrace, support, assist
Antonyms: reject, oppose
Example: Although the reviews were rather harsh, Emma had the grace to espouse the criticism and try to improve her performance

ATTRITION (Noun): संघर्षण
Meaning: the process of reducing something’s strength or effectiveness through sustained attack or pressure.
Synonyms: erosion, abrasion, attenuation
Antonyms: strengthening
Example: As a result of teacher attrition, a lot of classrooms are overcrowded.

ENFORCEMENT (Noun): प्रवर्तन
Meaning: the act of compelling observance of or compliance with a law, rule, or obligation.
Synonym: imposition, implementation
Antonym: Disregard, ignore
Example: That’s something the law enforcement people don’t want to do.

FARRAGO (noun): गड़बड़झाला
Meaning: a confused mixture.
Synonyms: mishmash, jumble, hodgepodge, turmoil.
Antonyms: constituent, ravel, sequence, categorization.
Example: The present gun law is a farrago of nonsense as most of it is unenforceable.

DECREE (Noun): हुक्मनामा
Meaning: to declare formally and with authority
Synonyms: directive, edict
Antonyms: lawlessness
Example: The president decreed that Halloween would henceforth be a national holiday.

Plenary (adjective) : परिपूर्ण
Meaning: unqualified; absolute.
Synonyms: unconditional, unlimited, unrestricted, comprehensive.
Antonyms: abbreviated, abridged, diminished, reduced.
Example: The delegation to the international convention was given plenary authority to negotiate a treaty in the nation’s best interest.
