EPFO SSA skill test will be conducted online and the candidates are required to type the given paragraph within the provided time duration. The skill test will be conducted in Hindi and English language. The typing speed is measured in words per minute and the accuracy is calculated as the percentage of correct words. Social Security Assistant	Candidates will be required to appear for a Skill Test to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. The Skill Test will be conducted on a computer. Candidates will be required to type at a speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi. Typing at a speed of 35 words per minute or 30 words per minute corresponds to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work.
Stenographer	Dictation: Ten minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute. (Dictation will be computer-based) Transcription: Fifty minutes (English) / Sixty-five minutes (Hindi). (Only on the computer)
