A two-day meeting of the BIMSTEC Expert Group on Cyber Security Cooperation is being organised in New Delhi by the National Security Council Secretariat of the Indian Government. The index of mineral production of mining and quarrying sector for the month of May, 2022 (Base: 2011-12=100) at 120.1, was 10.9% higher as compared to the level in the month of May, 2021. The cumulative growth for the period April- May, 2022-23 over the corresponding period of previous year has increased 9.4 percent.

NITI Aayog and the World Food Programme, India will launch the Mapping and Exchange of Good Practices initiative for mainstreaming millets in Asia and Africa. NITI Aayog and WFP will prepare a compendium of good practices for scaling up the production and consumption of millets in India and abroad.
