Passport-Size Photograph

A clear, recent passport-size color photograph is required at the time of online registration. The photo must be taken against a light or white background and should be formal (avoid selfies or casual pictures).

• Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Note: The image should not be older than 3 months. Caps, goggles, or hats are not allowed in the image.

Signature

Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of their signature, done with black ink on white paper. This will be used for verification purposes during later stages.

• Note: The signature must be in running handwriting and not in capital letters. Any mismatch can lead to disqualification.

Left Thumb Impression

This is a biometric requirement to authenticate your application. You need to put your left thumb impression using black or blue ink on white paper and scan it properly.

• Note: The impression should be clear and not smudged. Candidates must ensure that the print is properly visible.

Handwritten Declaration

A handwritten declaration is a mandatory document where the candidate affirms the accuracy of the information provided. It must be written by the applicant in their own handwriting (not typed or capitalized).

• Text to Write:
  “I________(Name of the candidate), _______(Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left-hand thumb impression is of mine”.

• Size: 50 KB to 100 KB
• Note: Must be written in English only and scanned in clear resolution.

Valid ID Proof

A government-issued identity proof is mandatory both during online application and for appearing in the exam.

Educational Qualification Documents

• SC/ST/OBC-NCL Candidates: Caste certificate in prescribed format.
• EWS Candidates: Valid Income and Asset certificate.
• PWD Candidates: Disability certificate from a recognized medical authority.
• Note: OBC candidates must ensure the certificate mentions “Non-Creamy Layer” and is issued within one year.
