From Civil Engineer to Banker: Saurav Ninama Clears RRB PO & IBPS Clerk

Success when it comes to competitive exam is a rare sight of a straight road. It always demands your clarity, resilience, time, patience and courage to stay committed even when you don’t win every exam. Saurav’ Ninama’s journey from being a Civil Engineer to a Banker is a great example of you can do anything by securing selection as an RRB PO and IBPS Clerk.

Journey of Determination and Success

I completed my Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering in 2023 and also enrolled in M.Tech the same year. But in September 2023. I decided to prepare for the banking exams. It wasn’t easy but I had to do it because there was a dediction in me.

My first break through came when I cleared SBI Clerk Prelims in January although I couldn’t clear Mains. Instead of getting discouraged I stood and started to preparing with more attention and dedication. I completed my M.Tech in May 2025 and gave myself a final deadline of February 2025 to secure a Banking Job.

With all the consistent effort, determination and zeal to have it, made me clear IBPS PO Prelims and Mains, RRB PO Prelims and Mains and IBPS Clerk Prelims. After all the hardwork and clearing the interviews, I finally secured a selection as RRB PO and was also selected as IBPS CLerk. The journey taught me persistence and also the importance to have eye on one goal.
