Candidates who have already submitted their forms can use this facility to correct mistakes in details like personal information or category. Certain fields, such as name, mobile number, email, nationality, and post applied for, cannot be changed. IBPS Clerk Application Form Edit Dates

Once the online application process is closed, IBPS provides a limited 2-day period for corrections. The correction window for IBPS Clerk 2025 has open for two days, from 2 September to 3 September 2025. It is important to note that only certain fields can be edited, and no changes will be allowed once the correction window closes. Within this timeframe, candidates must log in, make the required corrections, and re-submit their applications to confirm the updates.

Who Can Use the IBPS Clerk 2025 Correction Window

Only candidates who have successfully submitted their completed online application form along with the required fee within the specified registration period can make corrections.

Number of Corrections Allowed

Each candidate can correct and re-submit the application only once during the edit window. No further changes will be allowed after this submission. Before re-submitting, make sure all details are accurate.

Fields That Cannot Be Edited

The following details cannot be changed once submitted:

• Name
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• State/UT in vacancy
• State/UT in correspondence and permanent address
• Post applied for
• Nationality

Changes Allowed in Category

• Candidates in SC/ST/PwBD can remain in the same category.
• Candidates in GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) can change to GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) or SC/ST/PwBD.
• Note: If you change from GEN/EWS/OBC to SC/ST/PwBD, the fee already paid will not be refunded.

Correction Fee

• Fee for making corrections: Rs. 200/- (including GST)
• This fee is the same for all candidates, regardless of category.
• The fee cannot be refunded or adjusted for any other exam.

Validity of the Corrected Application

• Only the latest corrected application will be considered valid.
• If multiple applications were submitted, candidates should edit the latest one only.

Final Submission and Deadline

Once the edit window closes, no corrections will be allowed. All changes must be submitted within the window to be considered.
