1. Handwritten Declaration Format

Candidates must write the following declaration in English on white paper using black ink and upload the scanned copy:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” The declaration should be written only by the candidate and should not be in capital letters.

2. Photograph Specifications

Candidates must upload a recent passport-size coloured photograph.

3. Signature Specifications

Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.

4. Left Thumb Impression Specifications

If a candidate does not have a left thumb, he/she may use the right thumb impression.

5. Live Photograph Requirement
