IBPS PO Modify/ Correction Link Open
For the first time in IBPS history, a 2-day edit window has been introduced from 31 July to 1 August 2025 for candidates applying to IBPS PO (CRP PO/MT-XV and CRP SPL-XV (2026–27). This allows applicants to correct mistakes in their submitted forms except for Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number. Only those who completed their application and paid the fee can access this feature. A ₹200 correction fee will apply, and changes can be made only once. No further edits will be allowed after the window closes.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2025
To be eligible for IBPS PO Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following conditions:
Educational Qualification: A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent qualification as recognised by the Central Government. Final-year students are not eligible unless their result is declared on or before the last date of registration.
- Note: Candidates currently in Class 12 are not eligible to apply for the IBPS PO 2025 exam.
- Those candidates who have completed their graduation on or before 28th July 2025 are eligible to apply online.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old as of 1 July 2025. Age relaxation applies to reserved categories: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanent settlement.
IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Prelims: Qualifying stage; scores not considered for final merit.
- Mains: Scores will be used for shortlisting for Personality Test and Interview and only Mains scores count for final merit.
- Personality Test & Interview: Conducted by participating banks and Requires valid documents (e.g., caste, EWS, disability certificates).
- Provisional Allotment:
Based on Mains + Interview scores (80:20), merit-cum-preference and bank vacancies.
No changes allowed post-allotment; candidates forfeit candidature if they decline.

IBPS PO Revised Exam Pattern 2025
1.Preliminary Exam:
- The IBPS PO 2025 Preliminary exam consists of 100 questions for a total of 100 marks.
- IBPS PO Exam Pattern is Divided into three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
- Each section has a time limit of 20 minutes and the total duration is of 60 minutes.
- Reasoning Ability now carries 40 marks (earlier it was 35 marks), giving it more weightage.
- English Language and Quantitative Aptitude still remains the same which is again of 30 marks each.
- The exam is objective and qualifying in nature for the Mains round.
2. Mains Examination:
- The Mains exam of the IBPS PO 2025 has a total 145 questions which carries total of 200 marks.
- There is also a Descriptive Paper (Essay and Letter Writing) which is of 25 marks which is just to check how clearly and effectively the candidates express their thoughts in writing.
