IOB LBO 2025 Salary

IOB offers an attractive salary structure for the Assistant Manager (Scale I) post. The basic pay starts at ₹48,480 with annual increments and may reach up to ₹85,920 through the pay scale of ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62,480 – 2340/2 – 67,160 – 2680/7 – 85,920. Apart from the basic pay, officers are eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) as per rules applicable at the time of appointment. Additionally:

  • Probation Period: Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 2 years, during which their performance will be closely monitored.
  • Bond Clause: Appointees are required to sign a service bond of ₹2,00,000, ensuring a minimum of 3 years of service with the bank.
  • Leave & Travel: Entitlements under leave and travel policies will follow the service rules applicable to the officer cadre of the bank.
