Provisionally shortlisted candidates for the Accountant post are instructed to report for Document Verification (DV) on the following dates:

Documents to be Carried for DV JCI

All shortlisted candidates must report to the above-mentioned venue on time with the original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of each document listed below.

• Printout of the Online Application Form submitted at the time of registration.
• Academic Certificates & Mark Sheets: All educational qualification documents, including semester-wise mark sheets.
• Experience Certificates: Current Employment: Appointment letter, joining letter, and latest payslip. If these are unavailable, a certificate from the employer mentioning duration, designation, and pay details is required. Past Employment: Appointment and relieving letters. If unavailable, similar experience certificates from the employer must be provided.
• Proof of Date of Birth and Age: Birth certificate or Class 10th certificate.
• Caste/Category Certificates (if applicable): SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ EWS/ PwBD/ Ex-Serviceman.
• NOC (No Objection Certificate): Candidates employed in Government departments, PSUs, Autonomous bodies, or Financial Institutions must submit a valid NOC. The NOC must be dated on or after the release of this result notification. Without the NOC, such candidates will not be allowed to participate in the DV process.
• Photo Identity & Address Proof: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or any valid government-issued ID.
• Two Recent Passport Size Colour Photographs.
