Candidates included in the NIACL Assistant Reserve List 2025 must note that the Pre-Employment Medical Examination is scheduled for 28 October 2025 in two slots: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must carry one valid Photo ID, such as a Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport.

Reporting Instructions for NIACL Assistant Shortlisted Candidates

Candidates selected under the NIACL Assistant 2nd Reserve List 2025 must report to the respective offices allotted to them for the mandatory Pre-Employment Medical Examination. This examination is an essential step in the final joining process, and candidates failing to attend may lose their candidature. Along with the medical test, document verification will also be carried out; hence, aspirants must ensure that they bring both original documents and self-attested photocopies.

Documents to Carry for NIACL Assistant Pre-Employment Medical Examination

The following documents must be carried by shortlisted candidates while reporting to the NIACL offices:

Valid system-generated online application form

Four passport-size photographs (recent and identical)

Original documents and self-attested copies of the following:

• Photo Identity Proof: Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.
• In case of a name change for female candidates due to marriage, a Marriage Certificate and Gazette Notification for name change must be produced.
• Age Proof: Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority, SSLC/SSC, or Class X Certificate with Date of Birth.
• Aadhar Card
• PAN Card
• Educational Qualification Certificates:
• SSC and HSC mark sheets & certificates
• All graduation mark sheets and final/provisional degree certificates
• Post-graduation mark sheets & certificates, if applicable
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates in the prescribed format, signed by the competent authority.
• Disability Certificate for PwBD candidates issued as per the RPwD Act, 2016, mentioning type and percentage of disability along with a UDID card.
• Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Service Book, Release Order, Pension Payment Order (PPO), and relevant Proforma (A/B/C/D).
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Relieving Letter for candidates working in Government, Quasi-Government, PSUs, Banks, Insurance Companies, or Financial Institutions. Resigned candidates must produce a Relieving Letter from their previous employer.
• Affidavit in case of any mismatch in Name, Date of Birth, or other details in the application form and original documents.
