The National Insurance Company Limited will release the NICL AO Mains Admit Card 2024 on its official website, www.nationalinsurance.nic.co.in. The online mains exam for the 274 Administrative Officers (Scale-1) vacancies has been postponed because of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) for General Election 2024. NICL has also withdrawn the NICL AO Mains Admit Card 2024 download link till further notice.

National Insurance Company Limited has published a notice regarding recruitment of 274 Administrative Officers(Generalists and Specialists). As specified in the short notice, the single phase examination for the aspirants who have applied for the post of Hindi(Rajbhasa Officers) and the mains examination for all the candidates shortlisted from the preliminary exam had been scheduled on 07 April 2024, but after the the communication received from Election Commission of India (ECI), the exam has been postponed due to the prevailing Model Code of Conduct (MCC) for General Election, 2024.

NICL AO Mains Exam Pattern 2024

NICL AO 2024 Exam is going to be conducted in three stages. Stage 1 is Prelims, Candidates who are shortlisted in this stage will be able to attend Stage 2(Mains). Those who qualify in the Mains round will get the opportunity to attend Stage 3(Interview Round). NICL AO 2024 Mains Exam Pattern

For both Generalist and Specialist jobs (except Hindi officers), there will be 250 multiple-choice questions(MCQs) and a 30-mark descriptive exam. Generalist posts will have five components: quantitative aptitude, computer knowledge, reasoning ability, English language, and general awareness. The specialist officers exam is conducted to evaluate professional and technical skills in the relevant area that will be required for Specialist jobs. The main exam lasts for 180 minutes.
