The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will open the RBI Grade B 2025 Online Form Correction Edit Window for candidates who wish to rectify or modify their application form. This facility is available for the recruitment of 120 Officers in Grade ‘B’ (Direct Recruit-DR) (On Probation-OP) in General/ DEPR/ DSIM cadres for the panel year 2025. The edit window is an important step that ensures candidates get a fair chance to correct errors in their application before the exam process advances.

The RBI Grade B Edit Window will remain active from 04 October 2025 (10:00 AM) to 05 October 2025 (06:00 PM). During this period, candidates who have already submitted their applications along with the payment of fees till 30 September 2025 can make certain corrections and resubmit their forms. This provision has been made to minimise mistakes and ensure accurate information is recorded for the recruitment process.

Allowed Fields for Correction
Candidates can make changes only in the following fields:
- Exam Centre
- Medium of Exam
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- 10th/12th Percentage
Non-Editable Fields
Certain fields, such as Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Correspondence Address, Permanent Address, Post, Category, and Nationality, cannot be changed once submitted.
RBI Grade B Correction Fee
The RBI Grade B correction fee of ₹200 (inclusive of GST) is applicable for all candidates, regardless of category. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any future exam.
Important Instructions for RBI Grade B Candidates
- Only those candidates who have successfully completed the application process, along with fee payment, can use the edit window.
- Modifications can be made only once, and the final submitted corrected application will be considered valid.
- In case of multiple applications, candidates should use the edit window option only for the latest application submitted.
- Candidates must carefully verify details before resubmitting, as no second correction attempt will be allowed.
- After the expiry of the edit window on 05 October 2025 (06:00 PM), no requests for changes will be entertained.
