RBI Grade B Interview 2019: Date, Tips & Important Documents Required

RBI has released RBI Grade B Phase 2 Result 2019 at rbi.org.in. RBI Grade B Phase 2 Exam was conducted on December 1, 2019 .The list of the selected student who have made through the Phase 2 of RBI Grade B Gen (DR) is out now. However, the mark list and cut-off for the mains exam will be displayed on RBI website after completion of the selection process and declaration of final results of the recruitment. Also, answer keys for Paper I (ESI) and Paper III (F&M) will be entertained only after the completion of the selection process and declaration of final results of this recruitment.

Candidate heading toward RBI Grade B Interview after making successfully through the RBI Grade B Phase 2 must start their preparation for now. Admit card for the same will be sent at the registered e-mail ID of every selected candidate. Candidates must check their ‘Spam’ and ‘Junk Box’ as sometimes mail by default goes to that instead of entering your inbox. RBI Grade B Interview Call Letter will have date, venue and timing for the interview with a new roll number to recruit more than 156 vacancies for the post of RBI Grade B Gen (DR). Candidates are advised to download the Interview Call Letter as soon as they are released.

RBI Grade B Interview Date

As per the RBI Official Notice, the interviews for RBI Grade B DR will commence at Mumbai tentatively from January 13, 2020 and will conclude on the last week of March 2020.

RBI Grade B Interview End Date: Last Week of March 2020. 

After finding the name in the list of shortlisted candidates, candidates are advised to check their inbox, spam and junk box of their registered mail ID

Important Documents Required 

All the candidates who have been shortlisted for the RBI Grade B Interview Round are advised to take print out of the Interview Call Letter which has to be carried on the day of the interview with the candidate without which a candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Interview Round. Along with the Print of Interview Call Letter, candidate has to bring several Original documents to prove their eligibility.

Document To Be Sent Before the Interview Date

Shortlisted Candidates need to send one set of Self-certified photocopies of documents in support of:

  • Date of Birth,
  • Academic Qualifications (From Matriculation to Degree/ Passing year)
  • Caste certificate (if SC/ST/OBC/EWS),
  • Disability certificate (if Persons with Benchmark Disability-PwBD).
  • Age Relaxation Certificate

Shortlisted Candidates need to send the relevant proforma mentioned below, along with copies of above mentioned certificates to “The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Reserve Bank of India Building, Third floor, Opposite Mumbai Central Railway Station, Byculla, Mumbai 400008” by Courier/Speed Post so that it reaches the Board office within seven days of the date of declaration of the result on the website.

Besides Visually Impaired candidates, those who have availed the facility of a Scribe need to produce Medical Certificate from authorized Government Department/Hospital

Tips to crack RBI Grade B (DR) Interview

Interview phase of any recruitment process demands a different approach unlike other stages of examination. You must be aware of the fact that Interview stage is also know as personality test.
