The starting basic pay for SBI Circle Based Officers (CBO) is ₹48,480, set in the scale of ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920 under the Junior Management Grade Scale-I. In addition to the basic pay, candidates with at least two years of officer-level experience in any Scheduled Commercial or Regional Rural Bank will be granted two advance increments.
