The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the Preliminary Exam dates for the much-anticipated SBI PO recruitment of 2025. Candidates aspiring to join India’s largest public-sector bank can now mark their calendars, as the prelims exam will be held on 2nd, 4th, and 5th August 2025. A total of 541 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies have been announced under this year’s recruitment drive. SBI PO Prelims Exam
The Prelims exam consists of 100 questions to be attempted in 60 minutes. Each section is time-bound, i.e 20 minutes, and candidates must clear the overall cut off to qualify for the next stage. It includes the following sections:
English Language: 40 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude: 30 Marks
Reasoning Ability: 30 Marks
Since the exam dates are now declared, aspirants should focus on revising concepts, practising mock tests, and improving their speed and accuracy.
