SIDBI Grade A & B Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for SIDBI Grade A and B Officers will consist of three stages:
Online Examination – Phase I: This will be a preliminary level objective test designed to assess the candidate’s reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, English language, computer, general awareness, MSMEs and Stream Specific test. It may include a descriptive test for certain streams.
Online Examination – Phase II: The second phase will include stream-specific papers to evaluate professional knowledge, along with another descriptive test (if applicable).
Interview: Candidates who qualify both online examination phases will be shortlisted for a personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in both online exams and the interview.
