Success Story of Rajesh Singh working as Assistant in LIC

never loose hope and always do what you want to do in your life, take advice from people but always do what your heart says.

My name is Rajesh Singh, and I am from Jhunjhunu(Rajasthan), currently working in LIC as an Assistant. I am pleased to share my success story with you all. I have done my B.Tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering in June 2016. At that time I joined Bank Coaching in Jaipur for 3-4 months From January 2017 I started self Preparation for banking examinations without any strategy as a result of that I failed in every exam. In 2018 I started my preparation with more efforts and hard work  but still failed in prelims exam till the year 2018. I was confused whether I should continue my preparation or join any private job because everyone except my mom was forcing me to join private job as soon as possible, I was very nervous and depressed but I had no options other than these competitive exams so I ignored everyone and continue my preparation.

Practice with,

Following are the exams in which I appeared:-

Not able to qualify the prelims of these exams:

IBPS PO (Out in prelims), IBPS CLERK 2018(in waiting list by 0.10 mark)
IBPS SO (Out in prelims)

Year 2019:-

SSC CGL 2018(Out in Tier-2), SSC CHSL 2018(Out in Descriptive Test)
SSC CPO 2018(Out in tier-1), CWC JUNIOR SUPRINTENDENT(Out in prelims), LIC AAO(Out in prelims), RRB JUNIOR ENGINEER(not given tier-2 due to ESIC UDC Mains), IDBI PO (Out in Prelims), EPFO ASSISTANT(Out in prelims), IBPS RRB PO (Absent in Interview), IBPS RRB CLERK(not given Mains due to ESIC UDC SKILL TEST), IBPS PO(Absent in Mains)

But finally I cleared these exams with the hard work of 3 years.

2. FCI AG-III DEPOT 2019(NORTH ZONE)
3. ESIC UDC 2019(PUNJAB)
4. LIC ASSISTANT 2019(JAIPUR DO-1)

My Preparation Strategy to clear these exams:-

Reasoning Section: Practice daily quizzes and Mock test by Adda247 Regularly and followed YouTube videos to clear basics. I have not purchased any book for this.

Quant Section: Daily quizzes and mocks(bank prime) by adda247. I cleared my basics from M Tyra and followed each and every video of Sumit Sir.

English Section: I was average in English so first I cleared my basics from Wren and Martin, practiced daily quizzes by adda247 and followed videos of Anchal Sharma ma’am. I read The Hindu editorial every day to improve reading skills and vocab.

General Awareness Section: This is the most important section for mains as it decides your selection in most of the exams. You should cover at least 5-6 months CA for any exam.I have done many things to improve this section-
1.Watching The Hindu Analysis by Adda247.
2.Reading daily CA update in adda247 app.
3.Daily quizzes from Adda247 app and then preparing notes from these quizzes.
4. Monthly CA MCQ from Bank Prime.

I want to say that there is NO alternative to hard work and dedication, A little luck matters but only about 5%. The rest all depends on us.
