"Be Patient and Have Faith in God": Shalu Yadav (IBPS Clerk, Bank of India)

Hello All,

This is Shalu from New Delhi. I would like to share my journey with you all. Being a bright student right from the school, I had never seen failures. I was my school topper with 94% (commerce) in 2012. Completed my graduation from SRCC (Delhi University) in 2015. Post-graduation from Delhi school of Economics (Delhi University) in 2017. After masters in 2017, in July I start preparing for Bank exams.

Exams I gave:
IBPS RRB PO- out in prelims (the very first exam, won’t be able to manage time)
UIIC- out in pre
LIC- out in written Exam
IBPS PO- out in mains by 5 marks. My score was 70 and cut off was 75 for OBC.
RBI Assistant- out in mains
IBPS Clerk- got selected (Bank of India)
From July 2017 to 01 April 2018 I have seen many ups and downs and realised that it’s not college life where you give 4-5 exams by studying for a month but it needs dedication and patience.

So, the only thing I would like to say is “ BE PATIENT AND HAVE FAITH IN GOD”. Hope to share my journey as a  PO (my dream job) very soon For studies, make your General Awareness strong as much as you can. Follow Bankersadda daily GK update and capsule they provide before exams.

Thank You, Shalu Yadav, for sharing your success story on Bankersadda and we wish you all the very best for your future as a Banker ahead...
