IB ACIO Exam 2021: Important topics based on previous year

Intelligence Bureau has released the exam dates for the IB ACIO tier -1 examination 2021. The exams are scheduled to be held in 3 dates which are 18th, 19th and 20th February 2021. The selection is based on the 3 stages, which include tier1, tier2, and interview. The candidates who will qualify for tier 1 exams will be eligible for the tier 2 examination, and after qualifying tier 2 examination, the candidates will be called for an interview round. IB ACIO exam pattern tier 1

Tier 1 exam will have 5 sections for which the candidates will be given 60 minutes to attempt the questions, and it will be of 100 marks in total.

The exam pattern for the tier 1 exam is:

There will be a negative marking of ¼ marks for every wrong answers.

IB ACIO exam pattern tier 2

As tier 2 exam will be descriptive in nature and it will carry 2 questions for 50 marks in total.

The exam pattern for tier 2 exam is:

IB ACIO interview

The third stage is of interview round and it will be of 100 marks and the candidates appearing in interviews may be subject to psychometric/Aptitude tests which will be a part of the interview.

For preparing this section, one should have a good command of the vocabulary section
