one of the panel members was sitting to the extreme right and lady member to the extreme left.
wished them good morning.
Q1. Cipla is a good company why do you want to come in the bank?
me: sir because from few yrs I am inclined towards banking because of some of the reasons like it is a very reputed job and bankers enjoy good respect in society it gives good growth opportunities in banking.
Q2. Ok, introduce yourself. about your academic hobbies your family etc.
me..introduced and when I came to work experience after studies.one of them interrupted and the rapid fire started from every member.
Q3. Cipla also gives good growth u were territory manager there?
me. sir my designation was TM but I was Medical rep there however, it also gives good growth but in banking, in 5-6 yrs we can reach upto scale 2 from clerk(lady interrupted in how many yrs. me 5-6 yrs)
Q4.apke under me b log honge wahan?
me . No sir..under me ni upar they with smile.
Q5. To fir kya problem thi wahan.targets nahi ho pate they kya?? uski medicine to ham b khate hain.bahhut sale hai uski.
me..no sir there were no problems there..I want to compete myself for better growth.
Q6. Acha malik kaun hai Cipla ka?
me. sir Mr Hamid.
Q7.Kashipur me they aap wo to bahut acha place hai ?
me .yes sir..i used to cover kashipur ànd nearby belt.
Q8.ok..what have you prepared for the interview.
me. sir overview of almost every topic in banking.
Q9.Ok, tell me what is there in the budget for banks.
me.Sir, there is an allocation of rs 2.44lac crore for sidbi(wrongly told as it was for mudra)..other than that no big announcements have been made this yr for banking.
Q10. No there is some thing which will impact the working of banks?news vagarah to dekhi hogi na?
me .yes sir news to dekhi thi and discussions b suney they but I m not able to recall.
Q11.Acha pharma k liye kya hai budget me..kyu pareshan hain sab..
me.(i had no idea but tried hit and try)sir mostly jab products DPCO me aa jate hain to volume busines to increase ho jata hai but valuewise kam ho jata hai isliye salesperson pareshan hain..he was satisfied with ans.
Q12. ok. sidbi batao kya hai?
Q13. sidbi k sath koi tie up bhi hai kisika?
me. yes sir mudra bank. told about mudra scheme and its 3verticals in brief and then aBout mudra bank.
Q14. Mgnrega kya hai?
me. mam it is a scheme for rural uneducated ppl for employment.
Q15. ok ..mai illeterate hu.mere pas 2 acre jameen hai.muje kam mil sakta hai.
me.firstly confused and said yes.later clariefied ques from her and said no ye majdoor tabke k liye scheme hai..
she ab aye na theek point pe.

overall it was good .I maintained good smile till I stuck ..but jab yad aya to fir se maintain karne ki koshish ki..but camera barabar ghumta rha from exteme left to exterme right but yes due to rapid fire and situation handling I feel that answers could have been framed in a better way as some points I missed which I knew..while defending myself.
Thank you very much for Jain sir for your guidance as i was better calm and composed compared to previous year interview.
