IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2026 Format for PO, Clerk Posts

The IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2026 is required for candidates applying for Officer Scale I (PO) and Office Assistant (Clerk) posts. Candidates have to write the declaration in their own handwriting and upload it while filling out the application form. The declaration must follow the format and instructions given by IBPS.

The IBPS RRB Handwritten Declaration 2026 confirms that the information provided by the candidate in the application form is genuine and valid. Candidates should write the prescribed text clearly in English and in their own handwriting, scan the declaration and upload it in the required format while completing the IBPS RRB 2026 application for PO or Clerk posts.

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

This declaration must be written in English only and strictly in lowercase letters (not in block/capital letters). Any deviation from the prescribed format will render the declaration invalid.

While submitting the IBPS RRB Apply Online 2026 form for the Clerk & PO position, declaration and other documents should be uploaded in the prescribed file sizes. Handwritten Declaration

• The size and file format should be the same as prescribed
• Should not be in capital letters
• In English only
• Written on white paper with BLACK ink only

Photograph

• Recent photograph
• Eyes should be seen (for eyeglasses)
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not allowed. Only religious headwear is allowed
• Clearly visible

Signature

• Not in capital letters
• Sign on white paper with a black ink pen

Thumb Impression

• Only the Left thumb
• Put an impression on white paper with black/blue ink

Candidates should resize the handwritten declaration image according to the file size and dimensions specified by IBPS before uploading it. A simple image-resizing or compression tool can be used to adjust the file without affecting its clarity.
