As the IBPS PO prelims dates are already out, its time to get yourself prepared for the IBPS PO exam. After successful verification, you will be allowed to check in the centre. The cross verification or identification of the students aims at preventing any false impersonation of the candidates or the risk of data leak. Well everyone has to complete this checking process. Check the list of things required for IBPS PO exam that aspirants must carry with them before leaving for the IBPS PO Prelims exam.
#Admit card/Call letter to appear in the exam: One must have the admit card of the exam they are going to appear for. Without this no one would be allow to take the test. Students can print their admit card/call letters from the official site of the organizing body of the exam.make sure you take the print before the closing dates.
#Valid ID proofs: Carry a valid indentity card for the identification purpose. This card will ensure the confirdential data, and to verify that the student who have applied for the exam is the one who is actually going to appear for it. There should be no missmatch in the name, DOB and other useful information. Types of ID proofs you can carry with you are: Adhar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, driving license and passport.
Note: All your details must match with the details filled in the applcation form. Any discrepancy in that would not be accepted by the organizing body.
#Photocopy of the ID proof: Along with the original ID proof, must carry a photocopy of the same. This will be kept by the examiner and cross verification will be done on the basis of the original copy wich will be returned to you.
#Scribe decleration form: Those who have claimed the the facility must submit a scribe decleration form on the same day of the exam issues by the organizing body only. The cost of the form is solely to be bear by the candidate only.
Check the list that IBPS PO aspirants can not bring with the while entering the examination hall:
- Aspirants can not carry any bag or purse with them in the examination hall.
- Ration card is not accepted as the proof of identity of the candidate
- any textual material or electronic items like calculator, watch, mobile phone etc are prohibitted in the examination centre.
- Eating is not allowed during the examination hours.
- Candidates do not require to carry any rough sheet. It will be provided in the exam centre.
Exam Day instruction:
Apart from carrying the requisite for bank exams there are other minor things which students must keep in mind. Candidates must read the instructions shared here before appearing to the exam:
# Carry a ball point pen or any other pen, even if the exam will be conducted online.
#Reach the exam centre 15 minutes earlier as mentioned in the admit card to avoid last minute hassle.
