IBPS RRB Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2023: Nationality
The nationality that a candidate should possess for being eligible for the post of office assistant in Regional Rural Bank is as follows:
a)Being a citizen of India,
b)a subject of Nepal,
c)a subject of Bhutan,
d)a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling,
e)or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. However, candidates belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), (e) are required to obtain a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
