• Signed Intimation Letter: Unconditional acceptance of terms and conditions
• Photo Identity Proof (2 copies) – PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter’s ID, Bank Passbook with photo, Aadhaar Card, or e-Aadhaar

• Discharge/Relieving Certificate – From previous employer(s), if applicable
• Experience Certificate – If applicable
• Ex-Serviceman Documents – Service/Discharge book, Pension Payment Order, rank proof

Category Certificates:

• SC/ST/OBC: Valid caste certificate in prescribed format (must match Central List letter-by-letter)
• OBC: Non-creamy layer certificate issued on or after April 1, 2025
• EWS: Income and Asset Certificate for FY 2025-26 (based on FY 2024-25 income)
• PwBD: Disability certificate/UDID in prescribed format
• 1984 Riots: District Magistrate certificate for relief eligibility

IBPS Examination Documents

• Fee Receipt and online application printout
• Original email communication/final scorecard from IBPS
