LIC AAO and Assistant Engineers 2020- The LIC has release the official notification to recruit for 168 vacancies of Assistant Administrative Officers (Specialist) and 50 vacancies of Assistant Engineers. LIC AAO and Assistant Engineers Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories

As per the official notification, following is the detailed eligibility criteria of the required age limit to apply for this recruitment:

Unreserved Category Minimum Age- 21 years (completed) as on 01.02.2020. Maximum age shall not be more than 30 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.02.1990 and not later than 01.02.1999 both days inclusive only are eligible )

FAQs for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities using a Scribe

Q. Will the exam centre or LIC provide Scribe for person with benchmark disability?
No, the candidate eligible for scribe will have to bring his/her own scribe at their own cost for the online examination (Prelims and Main).

Q. Can a scribe assist more than one candidate at the exam?
No, it is clrearly mentined in the notification that a person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for any other candidate for that exam.

Q. What are the eligibility criteria for a scribe for person with benchmark disability?
Scribe should not be a current/Ex-employee of LIC of India. Also the scribe should be from an academic stream different from that prescribed for the post.

Note: Candidates eligible for and who wish to use the services of a scribe in
the examination should invariably carefully indicate the same in the online application form.
