NABARD post of Officers in Grade ‘A’ Protocol & Security Service is for experienced candidates but for the posts of Grade ‘A’ Officer in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) / Rajbhasha Service / Legal Service is open for freshers meeting the required eligibility criteria.

NABARD Grade A for RDBS/ Legal services and Rajbhasha is a three stage recruitment process: Prelims, Mains and Interview for 150 vacancies. For protocol and security service, there is no prelims and mains but an interview will be conducted of 100 marks for the selection of 4 vacancies.

Interview Process

Candidates selected in the Mains exam will appear final round of the recruitment,i.e.,interview. This round will be of 25 marks. As mentioned in the notification the calling ratio for the interview round will be 1:5.
