Important Exam Day Instructions:
Admit Card & Photograph
- Carry a printed copy of your SBI Clerk Admit Card 2025 with your recent passport-size photograph affixed.
- Bring 2 additional passport-size photographs along with you.
- Candidates must also carry glue to paste photographs on the attendance sheet.
Identity Proof (Mandatory)
Carry the original and photocopy of a valid photo identity proof along with your admit card.
Accepted ID proofs include:
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Permanent Driving License
- Voter’s ID with photograph
- Bank Passbook with photograph
- Aadhar Card / E-Aadhar with photo
- Valid Employee ID
- Valid College/University ID
- Identity proof issued by Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead
- Bar Council ID with photograph
Not Accepted: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License.
Reporting Time
- Reach the exam centre 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
- To avoid crowding, you may also receive an email/SMS a day before the exam with the exact reporting time. If not, follow the time given in your admit card.
- Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
Verification at Centre
- Registration will be done through photo capture at the venue. The captured image will be matched with the photograph uploaded during application.
- Ensure your appearance matches the photo in your application and admit card.
- Your signature should match the one uploaded online. Any mismatch may result in disqualification.
Exam Hall Rules
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall until the test is over or permission is granted by the invigilator.
- Follow the instructions of the test administrators at all times.
