Purpose of the SBI PO Psychometric Test 2025

The Psychometric Test is designed to measure non-cognitive abilities that are not tested in written examinations. It focuses on understanding a candidate’s professional personality, strengths, and behavioural tendencies under different circumstances. Some key objectives of the test include:

• Evaluating Personality Traits: Understanding leadership potential, integrity, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Assessing Emotional Intelligence: Measuring how well candidates manage stress, emotions, and relationships in a workplace setting.
