Success Story of Akash Sarode | Selected in RRB JE

“I find that the harder I work the more luck I seem to have.”

Hello, I am Akash Sarode. I am from a small village Nagardhan in Nagpur district in Maharashtra. I got selected as Junior Engineer (RRB Mumbai) as well as in Technician-Signal (RRB Bilaspur). I have completed Electronics and communication engineering in 2014 and then started for preparing for GATE exam. I couldn’t succeed in GATE exam. I failed. I was totally depressed. That time my friends were preparing for banking jobs. Then I decided to appear for banking exams in 2016. When I started my preparation, I practiced daily quiz from Bankersadda. Quizzes which were very good and helped in increasing the speed. For GA, I followed GA capsules that are very confined with relevant news. I failed from almost every competitive exam but I didn’t let failure stop me from reaching my dream goal of government job. The most important thing is don’t care about people who discourage you and have faith in GOD. “My never give up attitude made me what I am today”. I changed a lot and CHANGE should be part of life. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE HERE IS THAT ALL THIS WILL GO IN VAIN IF PROPER PRACTICE IS NOT DONE. GIVE ATLEAST 20-30 MOCKS BEFORE THE EXAM AND ANALYZE THEM AS IT WILL HELP YOU GIVE YOUR 100% IN THE EXAM WITHOUT GETTING NERVOUS SINCE YOUR MIND WILL GET WELL VERSED WITH THE PRESSURE OF THE EXAMINATION HALL.

Then after one year I was getting success in banking and insurance exams. But final selection couldn’t happen. Many time I felt that I should leave this preparation and should go for private jobs. I motivate myself and again started my preparation. Then I appeared for RRB ALP/TECH exam and cleared this exam. In this exam my score was part A 83.72 (out of 100) and Part B (Technical) 94.95 (out of 100).Then RRB JE recruitment came during that period. Part B score boosted my confidence for the preparation of RRB JE. I started preparing for tier 2 direct because I was sure about tier 1 & finally Cracked RRB JE with good marks.

One thing I want to say everyone that None stopping you from success only you are responsible for your results. “If you want success focus on your goal” analyses your weak point and it is better to maintain accuracy rather than going for fancy attempt as most of my friends failed because they want to attempt extra questions.

One thing I want share here that “there is no destiny in life where we can say that we have succeeded, but life is a journey of full of ups and downs, don’t go by your comfort zone always”. I can finally say that the era of darkest period of my life came to the end.

Finally thanks for reading and showing interest in above story of my journey. Best of luck to all of you for all of your future endeavours.
