Success Story of Vishal Pathania Selected as IBPS Clerk in Punjab National Bank

Hello Everyone,

I am Vishal Pathania. After BTech, I started my preparation in July 2016. I never thought that it will take around 4 years to secure a job in banking. I appeared in almost all bank and insurance exams like SBI/RRB/IBPS/LIC but everything seems in vain. Almost every time I clear prelims with a good score but due to the GK I usually failed in mains. Then I bolstered my weak areas and finally got “Punjab national bank” as a Clerk. I scored 88 in prelims and 99 in mains in the IBPS clerk.

My strategy-

Quant Section- First I learned basics and try to do calculations fast by some tricks. I practiced daily quizzes from Adda 247.

English Section- Reading is the only key to success in this paper. You must read the newspaper daily or you can read/watch/listen to English content on the internet.

Reasoning Section- “practice practice practice” is the only savior for this. There is a lot of stuff available in Bankersadda.

General awareness Section- Daily CA notes, monthly PDF, and at last GA capsule will fetch you a good score. I recommend you to go through various sources for this.

I Purchased bank prime. It helped me a lot. you should never feel demotivated by failures because failures have their role in building success.
