Union Bank of India SO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process of Union Bank of India SO 2024 Recruitment consists of an Online Examination, Interview and Group Discussion.
The Online Examination for Chief Manager, Senior Manager and Manager posts of each discipline is of Professional Knowledge only consists of 100 questions (multiple choice) of 2 marks each (i.e. 200 marks in total). There is a penalty of 1/4 marks (i.e. 0.5 marks) for each incorrect answer.

Personal Interview: The Candidates who secured the minimum qualifying marks in the online examination and GD (Group Discussion) will be called for a Personal Interview. The candidate will be called for the interview in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies. The interview carries 50 marks in total.
Note: The GD (Group Discussion) will be of 50 marks only. Candidates qualifying the GD shall be called for a Personal Interview. GD is Qualifying in nature and the minimum qualifying marks for General/ EWS shall be 25 marks (for OBC/SC/ST shall be 22.5 marks)
Final Selection: The Union Bank of India shall prepare the Merit list for the Union Bank of India SO 2024 recruitment based on the marks obtained in the Online Examination and Personal Interview.
