IBPS RRB Clerk Salary Structure

The IBPS RRB Clerk Salary Structure in 2025 offers a basic pay of ₹24,050. In addition to this, employees receive a Special Allowance of ₹3,263 and a Dearness Allowance of ₹3,783. They are also given a House Rent Allowance of ₹2,167. A cash component of ₹1,250 is included. After considering all components, the gross pay comes to around ₹37,326. An NPS deduction of ₹2,812 is also part of the structure.

Kindly note that salary varies based on place of posting. A candidate working in a semi-urban area will get a higher salary than a candidate working in a rural area.

IBPS RRB PO Salary Structure

The IBPS RRB PO Salary Structure in 2025 includes a basic salary of ₹48,480. Along with this, officers receive a Special Allowance of ₹5,904 and a Dearness Allowance of ₹9,613 as per the revised rate from November 2024. A House Rent Allowance of ₹2,520 is also given. There are no components under CCA or HFA/BFA. The gross pay adds up to ₹71,863 while deductions like NPSE and others total ₹10,692. After deductions the net pay comes to around ₹61,171.

Kindly note that this salary is the general salary, the salary and other perks differ from bank to bank and area of location as well. For ex- If someone is posted in Mathura then his/her salary might be greater than the one posted in a more rural area and hence the difference occurs.

IBPS RRB Scale II Officer Salary Structure

The IBPS RRB Officer Scale 2 Salary in 2025 starts with a pay scale of ₹48,170 which progresses up to ₹69,810 based on years of service. Officers receive a Dearness Allowance of ₹14,634 per month along with a House Rent Allowance of ₹3,371. A Special Allowance of ₹7,707 is also included and there is an additional DA on Special Allowance amounting to ₹2,389. Considering all these components the gross monthly income falls between ₹75,000 to ₹77,000.

House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Dearness Allowances (DA) are some perks that are included with IBPS RRB Salary. Other Allowances that are given with the salary are mentioned in the table below:
