The Probationary officer is a managerial level post offered in various public sector banks in India. Throughout the year, Various organizations in banking sector conduct the exam for probationary officers and some of the main exam among them is SBI PO and IBPS PO. The probationary officer is a junior manager of the grade 1 scale and hence is called Scale I Officer. The Probationary officer source of probation period of two years In which the officer has to go through an intensive training program at the Institute of banking management.   • Handling the processing of loans.
  • Approve & monitor daily transactions of branch & customers  
  • Supervising Branch Activities
  • Multitask and verify the work done by clerks whenever required 
  • Being aware of the policies and decisions made by the management to implement them for smooth functioning of the branch
