On November 14, Jawaharlal Nehru celebrated his birthday. Nehru was a strong supporter of children’s rights and an all-inclusive education system in which knowledge is available to all. Children’s Day 2022: History 

Initially, Children’s Day was observed in India on November 20, the day designated by the United Nations as World Children’s Day. However, following Jawaharlal Nehru’s death in 1964, the Indian Parliament passed a resolution designating his birthday as Children’s Day. So, Children’s Day has been observed since 1964 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He was a strong supporter of children’s rights and an all-inclusive education system in which knowledge is available to all. Under Gandhi’s guidance, Nehru emerged as a leader in India’s struggle for independence in 1947. He established a sovereign, socialist, secular, and democratic republic in independent India. Nehru is known as the architect of modern India because of this.
