Amend (verb) ; संशोधन
Meaning : make minor changes to (a text, piece of legislation, etc.) in order to make it fairer or more accurate, or to reflect changing circumstances.
Synonyms : alter, enhance, lift, modify
Antonyms: lower, worsen, break
Example : I was for going to Wiscasset, like two prodigals, own our fault, and endeavour to amend.

Throng (Noun) ; भीड़
Meaning: A crowd of people or animals
Synonym: stream, swarm, flock,
Antonym: scantling, take apart
Usage: we parked the car and made our way to the little tearoom, packed with throngs of tourists.

Substantive (adjective) ; मूल
Meaning: having a firm basis in reality and so important, meaningful, or considerable.
Synonym: biggish, considerable
Antonym: inconsequential, inconsiderable
Usage: The State Department reported that substantive discussions had taken place with Beijing.

Accrual (Noun) ; परिणाम
Meaning: the accumulation or increase of something over time, especially payments or benefits.
Synonym: result, arise
Antonym: abatement, decline
Usage: Do not confuse limitations on the accrual of benefits with limitations on deductible contribution.

Conspire (verb) ; षड्यंत्र
Meaning: make secret plans jointly to commit an unlawful or harmful act.
Synonym: collude, connive,
Antonym: Neglect, disagree
Usage: The Culprit conspired to overthrow the government

Sulky (Adjective) ; उदास
Meaning: morose, bad-tempered, and resentful; refusing to be cooperative or cheerful.
Synonyms: Sullen, surly, pouting, petulant
Antonyms: cheerful, amiable
Example: Jay was quite sulky at the graduation party, but he tried to hide his apathetic attitude.

Inchoate (adjective) ; प्रारंभिक
Meaning: just begun and so not fully formed or developed; rudimentary.
Synonyms: budding, inceptive, incipient, nascent.
Antonyms: developed, full-fledged, evolved, ripened.
Usage: Having just come into existence a few years ago, the new political party is considered inchoate by many historians.

Conflate (verb) ; मिलाना
Meaning: combine (two or more sets of information, texts, ideas, etc.) into one.
Synonyms: amalgamate, converge, unify, fuse.
Antonyms: divide, part, separate, rupture.
Usage: To conflate art and science, teachers must design activities that blend the two.

Pander (Verb) : बढ़ावा देना/ ख़ुश करना
Meaning: gratify or indulge (an immoral or distasteful desire or taste or a person with such a desire or taste).
Synonyms: indulge, gratify, fulfill, humor
Antonyms: annoy, frustrate
Example: Because Jim wants his son to value a dollar, he does not pander to his whims by giving him everything he wants.

Peculiar (Adjective) : अनोखा
Meaning: different to what is normal or expected; strange.
Synonyms: strange, unusual, curious, abnormal
Antonyms: common, general, indefinite, ordinary
Example: My uncle is a peculiar man who wears the same outfit several days a week.
