FSSAI Syllabus 2021: To prepare for any of the examinations a candidate must go through the detailed exam syllabus and exam pattern to get an overview on what to prepare and in how much time. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has announced 254 vacancies for the recruitment of eligible candidates for various positions. The recruitment of the candidates will be done based on CBT 1(Computer-based test), CBT 2(for a few posts), and interview round. To help you in the FSSAI exam 2021 preparation we are here with the detailed exam syllabus and pattern for all the posts. FSSAI Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2021

FSSAI has not yet announced any official date for the FSSAI Exam 2021. Candidates shall start their preparations from now as they have ample time to cover each topic thoroughly. FSSAI has released the exam pattern and syllabus for each post which we will be looking at in this article. Candidates must cover each topic with full efficiency to ensure scoring maximum marks in the upcoming FSSAI examination 2021.

General Awareness: Questions are designed to test the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research, important national/ international agencies/ institution/ bodies. 10
Computer Literacy: Candidate is expected to be able to handle all regular office work on computers. Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, power point) including basic commands, Google Doc, emails, digital signature, commonly use social media handles (Whatsapp, FB, Twitter etc). would be tested. 10

General Intelligence: would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type for e.g. Questions on analogies, similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observations, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc. 10
