Human Resource Management/Admin: MBA (HR) or 2-year PGD in HR/PMIR/MHRM or Masters in Personnel Management (minimum 60%). Bachelor’s in Law is preferred.

Information Technology: Bachelor’s in Engineering (relevant streams), MCA, or relevant post-graduate degree (minimum 60%).

Economics: Post Graduation in Economics or Business Economics (minimum 60%).

Official Language: Post Graduation in Hindi with English as an elective at Graduate level (minimum 60%).

Experience
