LIC Assistant Prelims Exam Pattern 2019
LIC Assistant is an online mode exam with 3 sections in the total. The total marks for all the three-section are 100 and the total time duration is 60 minutes. There will be sectional timing thus dividing the composite time of 60 minutes into 20 minutes for each section. LIC Assistant Prelims Exam: Last Minute Tips
As the LIC Assistant prelims exam is approaching shortly, the candidate must be nervous. Aspirants are advised not to panic and read the last-minute tips for LIC Assistant Prelims Exam to ace through the exam. By this time, you must have completed the important points of your syllabus. Here we go:
Mock test: Solve a mock daily and analyze your performance. Solving mock continuously 6-7 days before an exam will help you in performing better in your examination. This is going to work for even the candidates who have not gone through the entire syllabus of the LIC Assistant exam.
One Last Time: Go through the previous year’s paper for one last time as it will make up your mind as per the exam challenges.
English/ Hindi: LIC Assistant prelims exam provides a choice of choosing either Hindi or English in your objective test. The marks of this section are not added to the overall cut-off of the prelims exam. Go through the basic grammar rule and solve mock papers. You don’t have to master this section. Its cut-off goes around 14-17 marks out of 30 and it is not that hard to get through this section. Also, if you are weak in English, you should attend the Hindi subject.
Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning: Both these sections carry 35 questions each carrying 1 marks. The level of Quants is generally moderate to difficult. However, reasoning has an easy to moderate level. Go through the important topics and manage time. Time management plays a crucial role in the Quants and reasoning section. So, keep a check on your accuracy and time management.
Admit card: Download the admit card one day before the examination and read all the instructions on the admit card and follow them religiously.
Relaxation: Relax your mind and think positive. This will help you in enhancing your performance.
