LIC ADO Salary 2023: Apprenticeship Period

The apprenticeship period will start from the date of the commencement of training. As per the rules of Life Insurance Corporation of India during the apprentice period, the candidates will be paid a fixed amount per month as stipend. The amount of stipend will be approximately ₹51500/- per month, except for LIC Employee Category aspirants.

LIC ADO Salary 2023: Probation

An Apprentice Development Officer, who successfully completes the apprenticeship period will be appointed as a Probationary Development. The appointment will be done by the recruiting authority if he thinks that the candidate is suitable to provide service to the Corporation. The period of probation shall be for one year which may be extended up to two years. As per the performance appraisal the candidate will be confirmed to the post of Development Officer.
